Tunabunny “Form A Line” video debuts at Gold Flake Paint

We owe all of our love for Tunabunny to our intrepid scribbler Lee Adcock. Introducing us to the band with a couple of great articles back in the Summer, we’ve been big fans ever since. Their latest record, Genius Fatigue, is a swirling mix of handsome vocals and urgent guitar lines that buries itself in your head. Good news then that the Athens, GA quartet have already finished its follow-up and will release a new record in the first half of 2014.

Before bidding farewell to Genius Fatigue however, the band have one last visual for us, in the form of this dizzy, car-sickness inducing visual for the brilliant Form A Line. Watch it exclusively below:

Cars Can Be Blue “Monster” video debuts at SPIN

Cars Can Be Blue might be best known for their foul-mouthed, anti-folk 2005 oddity “The Dirty Song.” The Athens, Georgia-based three-piece returned this week with their third album, Trace the Tension, on HHBTM, but they still know how to match unsettling lyrics with scrappy, Beat Happening-descended indie pop. “Monster” describes the closet-lurking creature of its title, and the skeleton-filled black-and-white video emphasizes that the wry track would be a fine Halloween-party playlist inclusion. Beware, this monster will eat your brains — and then smoke a cigarette.
